Our story
Pauzible’s founders are driven by the collective recognition that the financial solutions that are available to institutional clients are not available to every day property owners when the latter face pressing financial challenges, such as high mortgage interest rate.
Having served institutional clients at large firms, such as HSBC, Barclays, Natwest, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of America, Pauzible’s founders are deeply passionate about using the power of technology to integrate sophisticated financial strategies traditionally reserved for large institutional clients with financial solutions for every day property investors, delivered in a cost-effective manner.

Prateek Solapurker
Product Strategy & InnovationPrateek drives product strategy and innovation at Pauzible. He served as co-Head of Credit Products and Hybrid Trading, EMEA at HSBC, where he worked for 20 years, focusing on structured credit financing, trading and risk management. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BTech from IIT Kharagpur.
Rajesh Pai
Finance & Business DevelopmentRajesh heads finance and business development at Pauzible. He brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as partner at ASIL, a financial services firm and has worked in Barclays Capital and as a consultant in Deutsche Bank and UBS. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a BTech from College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
Sunil Chander
Operations & ComplianceSunil oversees operations and compliance at Pauzible, drawing on his extensive experience as the founder and CEO of Dawnbud Limited, a financial services consulting firm. His prior career included senior roles in investment banking at Smith New Court and NatWest. He holds an MBA from LBS, M Litt from Oxford and a PhD from Cambridge.
Aivanaa Maraea
Marketing & TechnologyAivanaa heads marketing and technology at Pauzible, armed with a robust background in financial services. He gained a wealth of experience as a partner and fixed income trader at ASIL, specialising in various structured credit securities and has previously worked in client relationship and sales roles. He holds a Master’s from Université Paris Dauphine and Sciences Po Strasbourg.
